To fully appreciate another culture, whether it be the language, biomechanics, attire, or methodology of doing things, you need to switch your current viewing lens. At Musei Tora Bujinkan, we use correct Japanese terminology and place just as much emphasis on correctness of the culture as a whole, and not just self defense methods. You can not effectively study a martial art without also understanding the place of its origin.
