November 6th, 2010, 20+ year EMT, Hazmat and Firefighter, Tim Staton came in and gave an 8 hour First Emergency Response workshop.

The class started with CPR training and certification through the AHA (American Heart Association) and then focused on Applying First Aid Response, a study of joints and what kind they are and how they operate.

We finished by studying how to create injury splints/braces, how to move injured victims in high-stress combat scenarios and examined the  bio-mechanics of Kihon Happo applications effect on a skeletal structure by using a skeleton model.
